Newsletter No. 17 - Singulars CD Unboxing - How did they turn out?

Just unboxed the Singulars album (Yield 004) fresh from Mobineko - 100 copies of this beautiful six-panel digipack that turned out way better than I expected. Sometimes you send something to press and cross your fingers, but this one absolutely nailed it. The glossy treatment on Paurl Walsh and Mike Sparks' photos suites the record so well.

July 11th is the target date, which gives me time to build out a proper EPK and start reaching out to the right people. Speaking of which - I'm shifting my press approach toward radio shows, playlists, and discovery-focused outlets rather than just chasing reviews. If you run a radio show, manage playlists, or do anything that helps people discover music, definitely get in touch.

The pipeline is filling up fast: Steve Eldon Kerr EP for mid-August, Enter Ear for late summer, then some fall surprises I'm excited to talk about soon. It's going to be a busy few months, but that's the good kind of problem to have.

Also, huge thanks for the response to last week's episode with Nick from The Business. That conversation was so good I couldn't bring myself to edit much out. Essential listening for anyone in this industry.
